- Website Administration — authorized representatives of Globalmed LLC, responsible exclusively for the technical operation and maintenance of the Website.
- Country of Residence — the country in which the User permanently or temporarily resides.
- Country of Registration — the country under whose jurisdiction the User account is registered.
- Privacy Terms — these rules governing the lawful use of the Website, protection of personal data, intellectual property, and prevention of unauthorized processing or dissemination.
General Privacy Principles
The Website operates as a medical social network intended for professional communication, publication of medical information, preliminary online consultations, and appointment scheduling. The Website does not replace licensed medical institutions or in-person medical care.
The Website Administration does not process health-related or medical data for advertising, profiling, behavioral targeting, or automated decision-making purposes. Under no circumstances are medical or health-related data used for personalized advertising, audience segmentation, or commercial profiling.
Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including but not limited to:

The Administration reserves the right to restrict access to the Website, suspend or delete User accounts, and remove content in cases of violations of these Privacy Terms, applicable laws, or third-party rights.
Disclaimer: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Website Administration shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or non-material damages arising from the use of the Website.
Doctor’s Privacy and Confidentiality Obligations
- By using the Website, the Doctor confirms awareness of and agreement with these Privacy Terms.
- The Doctor bears full responsibility for compliance with professional secrecy, ethical obligations, and applicable medical laws.
- Information published in a Doctor’s profile is publicly accessible.
- Data transmitted via appointment booking constitutes medical secrecy and must be handled confidentially by the Doctor.
- Information published in Online Consultation sections is public and not subject to medical confidentiality.
- The Doctor bears sole responsibility for copyright compliance.
User Responsibilities and Medical Disclaimer
- Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information they submit.
- Private Consultation serves solely for preliminary informational purposes and does not replace an in-person medical examination.
- Users acknowledge that medical decisions based solely on online information are made at their own risk.
- Commercial, advertising, or automated use of medical communication tools is prohibited.
